









Onyx class began their new unit for PE this week…. Handball!!!! After watching some Olympic, top-class fun, we honed our own skills, learnt some new, cool moves 😎😎 and our wonderful Sports Captains lead a fantastic warm up and cool down….




Today Topaz class had their first bucket drumming music session! We had sooooo much fun practising our first rhythm and learning about how the different parts of the bucket create different sounds and how to correctly hold our drum sticks. We are going to be unstoppable! We hope to share our progress with you over this half term!

Reception have been enjoying the glorious autumnal afternoons using our scooters and bikes on the playground.






Onyx class are determined to improve their sentences….. never again will there be a piece of work lacking connectives!!!!😂😂😂😂🤞🤞🤞🤞

This term we have been focussing on Netball in Onyx class and we certainly have lots of budding England Netball players in our midsts! This afternoon, we continued our Team Day festivities and decided to run our very own Team Netball tournament!

The rules were set, the bibs were ready, the Sports Captains had warmed everyone up, it was time for the whistle…

After 9 well fought games, some unreal passing and shooting and fantastic teamwork, the results were in……..
The winners of the Onyx class 2020 Netball trophy were…… drum roll please……. the Red and Yellow team!!!!!! 👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳

This half term, Onyx class have been focussing on E safety in their computing lessons. We have investigated lots of different aspects including: what and when to share; what is personal information and why we need to keep it safe and how people can appear different online. Today, we looked at what to do in different scenarios considering whether we had to right to share other people’s details and what to do someone else was choosing the wrong online behaviour. We finished off playing on ‘Interland’, checking we really understood the importance of making the right choices….
