It was so lovely to see everyoneās smiley faces and to hear that all the children are so excited to start at our amazing School! š We really canāt wait for you to join our Sound Family soon!
Each of our new starters was given a special Diamond Bear and his diary. š» Diamond Bear loves adventures and canāt wait to spend the summer with our new starters! We canāt wait to read the diaries in September and to see all the fun Diamond Bear and the children get up to! āŗļø

Wow, I feel like the Queen! The Queen of Sound! š
I have had a fabulous two days meeting all of the wonderful children at Sound and know that we will be the best of friends!
I have been patted, stroked, tickled, massagedā¦.. life couldnāt get any better!

Iāve had a great weekend climbing with Mum and Dad at The Roaches. I love smelling the fresh air and talking to all the other people walking by!
Whilst I was enjoying myself, I couldnāt help but wander what all my friends at Sound have been doing this weekendā¦.

Yesterday at forest school, Opal class were learning about the tropical rainforests.
We looked at where tropical rain forests are located and compared the conditions in our forest school to the conditions in a tropical rain forest.
We can’t wait to see what we are doing next week!
This week we have been looking at time in Opal class.
We have focused on telling the time on digital and analogue clocks and separating our day into AM or PM. Below are some examples

What a busy two days itās been!
On Monday, mum said that she was sharing lots of pictures of me with all the children in an assembly, including some that were when I was a puppy! How embarrassing! Then today, I had my first trip into school. It was amazing! I didnāt get to spend time with any children, but mum says I will when Iāve been in a lot more and got used to being at school (us dogs donāt usually go to school to learn things, but Iām really excited to be able to go in now- thereās so much I want to know!)
I have a brand new bed, my water bowl and a special place in the new entrance area just for me. Itās quiet and peaceful and I even have my own postbox that the children keep putting things in especially for me! Itās like Christmas! I canāt wait to read them all with mum later! Iāve started to learn lots of names and canāt wait to get to spend lots of time helping children with their reading. Mum says we can even do some writing, maths and lots of other things togetherā¦. Yippee!
Iām off to snuggle up with my brothers and sisters (the 4 cats) and dream of all the wonderful children at Sound School-my new family!
