👻😱😨Suspense Stories👻😱😨
Over the last three weeks, Topaz class have been working on writing ✍️ suspense stories.
We have read brilliant examples of suspense writing to help create a Suspense Tool Kit to ensure our own writing delivers a tense atmosphere: dark place , characters on their own, something or someone, hearing noises. All these ingredients help keep the reader guessing what is going to happen !!!
All the children have created super stories. Well done 👏 !!
🏊♀️Super swimmers 🏊♀️
After a term of swimming, the children received their swimming awards today.
From learning to swim or perfecting different strokes or learning life saving skills all the children have achieved a great deal this term. Well done everyone !!
🧝🏃♂️Elf Run 🧝🏃♂️
Today, Onyx Class had an elftastic time on our charity Elf run! Armed with elf hats and wearing red and green tops, we put our hearts and souls into running around our circuit as many times as possible in 20 minutes. The only things missing were sleigh bells and Santa!
Afterwards, to celebrate our superb achievements, we had a few elfies and sprinkled some extra elf magic!
We loved raising money for St Lukes! ❤️

Our final week of gymnastics was amazing. We practised all the skills we had learnt over the weeks and finished off with a big jump into the foam pit! 😀👏 We LOVED it!
⭐️🎄🥾Christmas Walks 🥾🎄⭐️
Diamond Class loved their Christmas Walk on Thursday! ⭐️ We walked to the post box to post our letters to Santa. We met Kathryn along the way, the post lady and a beautiful white horse out for a wander. We even got to meet Baby James! 🥰
We practised our road safety skills. We made sure to look 👀 and listen👂 before crossing the road. Diamond Class were amazing! 💎
Phonics Heroes! 🦸🏼♀️🦸🏻🦸🏼♂️
Ruby Class blew me away with their wonderful Phonics knowledge during their Phonics Screening Assessment. To celebrate our success, we enjoyed dressing in our own clothes and playing lots of board games. It was amazing to see everyone playing so beautiful and getting along so well together.
