For this weeks homework Opal class were asked to design a Roman shield which they believed would represent them in battle.
Today we brought those designs to life and along with some amazing shields made at home we went outside to practice our formations.
First, we have the wedge. This is used to split enemy forces in half so they cannot fight as a unit.
Next, we have the Repel cavalry which is used to repel arrows and enemies on horse back.
I was incredibly impressed with the discipline of the Opal class legion and believe they are ready for battle whenever they are called upon.
