Topaz class began their history topic about The Mayans by studying different images from the Mayan civilisation and drawing conclusions about how they lived.
The children gave very thoughtful responses: “they must have studied the stars”,”they were very clever at Maths”, “I think they worshipped different gods”, “they were talented builders”.
We are all looking forward to discovering the answers to the questions raised in the coming weeks.
